1. What Data We Collect
We collect the information you submit via Google Form: your name (or nickname), Gmail address, workout category, exercise mileage, and screenshot proof.
2. Purpose of Collection
These details are used solely to verify mileage achievements, compile the event leaderboard, and select runner rewards.
3. Access and Security
Your submission details are securely stored on Google Drive/Sheets and are accessible only to the ZJUAANC event organization team. We will never sell, lease, or share your personal data with any third party.
4. Data Retention
All uploaded screenshot files and collected personal data will be completely deleted from our storage sheets and Google Drive folders within 30 days after the event closes.
